Adam Petriella is Managing Partner for The Real Estate Finance Group in the West Los Angeles office. He has a deep and varied background in commercial real estate and is responsible for business development and loan originations for the firm nationwide.
 
From structuring construction loans and mezzanine financing to placing institutional equity and permanent financing, Mr. Petriella’s capabilities are supported by a senior team of analysts, originators and the professional resources of the The Real Estate Finance Group Companies. Prior to his current responsibilities, he directed and managed established and start-up regional offices for The Real Estate Finance Group and the highly successful Hospitality Brokerage Division. These activities proved profitable for his clients and allow Mr. Petriella to deliver his services with a unique scope of business knowledge. 

He possesses a very sharp sense of anticipating and solving problems as well as finding profitable resolutions for his clients. Mr. Petriella’s experience and involvement in hundreds of transactions and many millions of dollars in closings work to the advantage of his clients. Especially relevant today are his experiences during the prior real estate correction in the 1990’s where Mr. Petriella participated in the selling and financing of numerous bank and government-owned assets.

Mr. Petriella is a graduate from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration where he graduated with Honors and attended Manhattan College, School of Engineering in Riverdale, New York. He is a member of Cornell Real Estate Council and other real estate organizations. He is also a contributor to several charitable causes including the Heifer I international Organization.
